You'll need a VRChat account to visit The Mighty Gym! After that, just search for "Mighty Gym" under "Worlds" or simply click the button below to launch the gym world. This will give you access to all of the gym's core features.

To use the gym, you just need to abide by VRChat's Terms of Service - which states you must be 13 years or older to use the platform. Our ClassClub fitness classes however, require you to be 18 years of age or older.

VR headset (PC VR or standalone) and stable internet connection is required to use The Mighty Gym. No weights, or fitness equipment is needed. You also do not need FBT(Full Body Tracking) to use the gym.
Water, towel, and appropriate footwear are recommended during ClassClub fitness classes.
If using a PC, please make sure your computer follows the minimum specs from VRChat to ensure a working experience.

You do not NEED a membership to use The Mighty Gym! Simply visit the world in VRChat and start using it. If you are interested in joining our fitness classes, check out ClassClub.
An optional Mighty Gym Membership Card is available in-world for those who want to enhance their gym experience - which will grant bonuses and unlock extra features in the gym.

The Mighty Gym Membership Card is available at the Front Desk inside The Mighty Gym VRChat world. The card is obtained using VRChat's currency system - VRChat Credits. Benefits of being a holder of the Membership Card include:

No! The Mighty Gym can function with only headset and hand controllers. Full Body Tracking (FBT) is optional.
Full Body Tracking does provide the benefit of our coaches can observe your form while exercising, so feel free to use them in The Mighty Gym if you have it!

A name is required for all payment processing by the gym. We never share your personal details with others and is only accessible by pertinent staff members for troubleshooting purposes.
